Project Overview:My Project will be a shelter that houses approximately 3 tables, and resembles the B-2 Bomber (The Stealth Bomber). This volunteer-built structure will be located in Freedom Park, which is conveniently next to the airport. This project will help our community by providing shade for spectators during A.Y.S.O. games and scrimmages. Unlike the opposite side of the park, the proposed site has no surrounding sources of shade so it shall be much appreciated by the participants and their parents. Freedom Park Project Overview:
Project
Overview: My Project will be a shelter that houses approximately 3 tables,
and resembles the B-2 Bomber (The Stealth Bomber).
This volunteer-built structure will be located in Freedom Park, which is conveniently
next to the airport. This project will help our community by providing shade
for spectators during A.Y.S.O. games and scrimmages. Unlike the opposite side
of the park, the proposed site has no surrounding sources of shade so it shall
be much appreciated by the participants and their parents.
I am requesting donations to help construct this beneficial structure. I have already obtained approval from the Camarillo Planning Commission and The Boy Scouts of America. I have obtained the building permit, and have begun construction.
Project
Goal: The proposed structure is suited to the Airport location. Two information
plaques on the structure will honor the project's volunteers, donors, and
sponsors. The information panels will
also recognize both the U.S. Military (including information and interesting
facts about the B-2 Bomber),
The Boy Scouts of America, and other information, including the various contributors
and the people that helped construct the project.
Project Needs:
Materials, equipment, and volunteers to construct the project. So far, I have
received support from these sponsors:
B & B Do-It Center Hardware
Home Depot
U-Rent
I appreciate the level of support they have provided.
Please contact me if you wish to participate in sponsoring my project, and once again I thank you for your consideration.
