April 2003:
Nothing like a blowout at top freeway speeds. I'll let you guess what the actual speed was on this LA freeway known as the "LA autobahn". Of course, the car handled well and I was able to pull into the emergency lane.
Here's a few pics of the clean sidewall blowout and a few underbody shots I took as part of doing a quick inspect of the car.
